All Home Pets specially dogs at the moment are eligible to stay at Canine Home, provided the following criterias are met. 1. The Pet should be fully vaccinated. 2. The Pet should be friendly with other pets. 3. Pets should be well grromed and ensured that they are not sufferring with any infections and tick issues. 4. Pet age should be 2 months and above. 5. Pet parents should understand and be willing to abide by the boarding rules and regulations. ( Kindly Check the Terms & Conditions )

The booking must be done well in advance. Pet Parents must check with canine home about availbility and the booking amount of 25% of the stay has to be paid in advance.

The booking amount should be paid only when the stay is confirmed. Only in rare cases the amount will be refundable on goodwill, however its left to canine home managment discretion. In normal cases booking amount wont be refundable as canine home accepts limited pets and would have denied access to other pets since the place has been booked by you.

Canine Home Accepts payments by Cash and/or UPI, Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm.

YES The Pets can be Dropped and Picked up only during below mentioned hours of the day. 8 AM to 11.30 AM 4 PM to 8 PM

Its rather no.of nights calculated. For Eg. If the pet is dropped today in the morning or evening slot and collected the next day on any of the slots its calculated as 1 day stay. How ever the Day care timings are calculted in a different way.

Yes. Canine Home has day care facility as well. The time slot to drop and pick up the pet remains same. And also the charges for day care remains same for Minimum 1 hour to Maximum 8 hours of a day.

Its optional, we donot object if you wish to bring their belongings like towels, leash, eating bowls, bed etc... However canine home will not take responsibility of any damage done to the same by own or other pets.

Canine Home has a facility which can accomodate 8 to 10 pets. How ever we feel that our furry friends need good amount of space to run and play around, so we have restricted to a maximum of 5 pets at any given point in time.

The authorization of pick and drop has to be decided on or before the admission of the pet. All details of the owner and authorized person must be submitted, along with the VET file of the pet. Any claims done by the owner that is not mentioned in the form will not be entertained by the management.

All pets are lovable and we donot discriminate amongst them. However we need to take care of all the other pet mates staying at canine home. Since this is a Cage free facility it will be difficult to accomodate aggressive pets at the same time.

Yes Canine Home has an exclusive designated place with a 24/7 PET LOVING care taker. The pets are never left unattended and taken good care of at all times of Day and Night.
